Course description

This workshop is a ‘must’ for all organisations (public, private and volunteer sector employers) to ensure that the Equality Act 2010 is implemented in the workplace and complied with. You'll learn about:
The essentials of equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace ● Application to the workforce and customers ● Key factors essential to promoting equality and diversity at work ● Legal compliance and the impact on policies and procedures ● Cultural diversity and sexual orientation in the workplace ● Handling issues relating to discrimination and raising concerns ● Practical suggestions for compliance

1 day from 9.30am - 4.30pm

Fee details

£60 per person (no VAT to pay). Group training requests are priced on application.
