CIEH Level 2 Award - Food Safety in Catering
This course is designed for anyone working in a catering, manufacturing or retail setting where food is prepared, cooked and handled. The course covers:
- food handling
- food safety hazards
- safe food storage
- temperature control
- refrigeration and chilling
- cooking, hot holding and reheating
Learners who successfully complete the course and multiple-choice examination will gain the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health's (CIEH) Level 2 Award in Food Safety.
There are no formal entry requirements.
At the end of the course learners will be asked to complete a short multiple-choice examination.

£80 per person to include CIEH registration, tuition and Level 2 food safety handbook.
£600 for group bookings held at your venue - min. 8/max. 15 persons.
